“If you need HVAC help, this is the company to call. Carol, who answers the phone, is polite and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort.She gets the guys out fast, and once they're on site, you're in good hands. Competent, caring, cheerful,and willing to answer questions and explain things. Zander, a newer employee, told me he knows he can really learn a lot from working with Michael. He's eager to learn and Michael is eager to share. Michael, in turn, said all the employees are treated very well by the owners. One of the owners, Chuck, even came out one morning at 07:30 to check my system before he went to another, previously scheduled call.When Michael completed the service, he said, with a smile, if you have any other issues or questions, give us a call.We'll be back out to take care of it. Their motto seems to be "make it right, no matter what it takes." Integrity, happy customers, happy employees. What more can you ask for?”

“The team at Mountain Comfort Heating and Cooling did a great job with the installation of our new ductless mini-split system in our Pinetop home. Cade was our first contact; he showed us our options regarding a traditional HVAC system and mini-splits. We decided to go with the mini-splits and abandoned the old HVAC we had for all the reasons outlined on the Mountain Comfort website. Due to the size of the job we had the good fortune of working with Michael as lead installer and with Mike, Chris, Zander, Josh, Gade and Cohen (a great team) at various times during the installation. We also met Chuck the owner when the installation wrapped up. All were professional, courteous. knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again!”

He checked our system and sent videos of everything he did. He was so knowledgeable and a very nice. When we decided to get an estimate for a new system Kade was very helpful. Today, we had our new furnace installed by Michael, Chris, Cohen, and Zander. They did an amazing job with the install and were awesome to work with. “We recently had a mini-split Heat Pump/Air Conditioner installed at our summer home in Lakeside. Michael & Jorge did a very good job of installing the Lennox system. Both installers were highly professional and courteous during their time at our home. It took the team about five hours to complete the installation. Before the team returned to their office, Michael provided a system demonstration and explained everything we would need to know to properly operate the system. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of their work. The installers did not cut any corners and ensured that we were satisfied with the installation and the quality of the new mini-split system!”

They are ALWAYS prompt; usually arriving before the appointed time; SUPER knowledgeable; friendly… We especially appreciated Josh. (September, 2025) He just inspected the four units in our complex, and went over the top in their willingness to explain, detail, tackle problems-issues; and they bill at a great price. “I’ve always been very satisfied with the advice and service from Mountain Comfort. Jorge and Michael came out to clean my ducts only to find that wasn’t actually needed. I needed some duct repair – and they were able the quickly return with materials and complete the job. Honestly, they treat me like I was family, advising what they would do if this was their own house. I hope that I don’t need to see them soon – but if you need great hvac service these are the folks you want.”
