He called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived early- my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m., and he arrived at approximately 1:30 p.m. Josh was very polite and professional and clearly knowledgeable about our furance. He explained each step of the repair process, including why the part needed to be replaced. After completing the repair, he performed an inspection of the common components that typically fail and informed us that the bearing showed signs of water and could potentially fail in the future.
