“Michael A. and Chris came to service my furnace on October 1. Both men were courteous, polite and professional. My understanding was that the furnace may have to be rewired to have the heat pump work which would involve making a hole in the drywall and running a new wire from the thermostat to the box outside. Upon inspection, they found that the furnace was wired correctly for the heat pump. As a result, they needed to only replace the thermostat (which I requested). Unfortunately, they were told by the office that they still had to change me for the complete rewiring.”

“The technician who responded to our call was Josh Watson. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived early- my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m., and he arrived at approximately 1:30 p.m. Josh was very polite and professional and clearly knowledgeable about our furance. He explained each step of the repair process, including why the part needed to be replaced. After completing the repair, he performed an inspection of the common components that typically fail and informed us that the bearing showed signs of water and could potentially fail in the future. Josh is the reason we will be calling Mountain Comfort for all of our heating and cooling needs.”
