Competent, caring, cheerful,and willing to answer questions and explain things. Zander, a newer employee, told me he knows he can really learn a lot from working with Michael. He's eager to learn and Michael is eager to share. Michael, in turn, said all the employees are treated very well by the owners. One of the owners, Chuck, even came out one morning at 07:30 to check my system before he went to another, previously scheduled call.When Michael completed the service, he said, with a smile, if you have any other issues or questions, give us a call.We'll be back out to take care of it.
